Cary Grove Neighborhood Life (CGNL) is a not-for-profit, faith-based partnership of five local churches and several organizations with a mission to connect people who live in Cary and Fox River Grove, to build relationships by spending time together, serving together and to help neighbors or other people in need.
With groups like Love Your Neighbor (helps single mothers and families in need of urgent home repairs but unable to pay), Senior Connection (help seniors with yard work, offer a ride to the store or doctor's office, or just visit with them), ECHO (volunteers pray, support and raise awareness for local ophans), and more, this organization is a win/win group of volunteers and donors who are reaching out to their neighbors and community to make sure their needs are met. Please visit their website at www.CaryGrove.org to learn more, whether it be to plug into volunteer opportunities, to find out how you can donate or to learn how to start a similar group in your own community.
