1. Initial meeting to get to know eachother and brainstorm the potential for the space being remodeled.
2. Discuss amount you are able to invest in project.
3. Talk about whether or not there will be a design fee and/or if other designers are needed (architect, kitchen designer, interior designer, landscape designer, etc.).
4. Work together on what your desires are for products by looking through catalogs, magazines or online (remember, this space is a direct reflection on you, your tastes, your personality, etc. We will lean you towards products which fit your budget and lifestyle).
5. We will work up a written proposal for the work to be done.
6. After the proposal is signed by both parties and a deposit is received, we will order all products you have chosen. You will then receive a schedule based on when the products will be in. We will not start a project until all products are in stock, eliminating project delays and fits and starts.
7. Once the project is started, we will have weekly meetings with you to make sure that everything is on track and that you are satisfied.
8. Our expert crews and project manager will be with your job until it is finished. On the final day, we will do a final walk-through with you to assure that you are 100% satisfied with the results (due to aforementioned weekly meetings, there should be a minimal punch list if any, as problems/concerns will be addressed on an ongoing basis).
9. After the job is finished and we receive the final check, we will stay in contact with you throughout the following year to make sure we are on top of any warranty issues that may arise. We expect to hear from you, even for something seemingly small, if you have any problems during that time.
